Avalon Proofer

Avalon Proofing Cabinets are available in both Stainless Steel and Aluminum. All doors, inside racks, supports and heater units are totally removable without tools. The heater/humidity control unit has all exterior-mounted controls allowing the operator to adjust settings without opening the door.

The door is 3/16" thick impact-resistant clear poly-carbonate panel sealed to heavy-duty stainless steel or aluminum mitered frame. These units come standard on heavy-duty casters (2) with locking brakes.
