Proofing and Frying Screens are standard screens without handles. They are mostly used for yeast-raised donuts in situations where screens with handles will not fit easily into a proofer. To raise and lower these screens, use Detachable Screen Handles (616-0007C).

16" x 16" donut screen-Belshaw with heavy duty welding, supporting bar around the edge, and additional bar for support.

Wire mesh, nickel plated steel, welded.
