Proofing and Frying Screens are standard screens without handles. They are mostly used for yeast-raised donuts in situations where screens with handles will not fit easily into a proofer. To raise and lower these screens, use Detachable Screen Handles (634-0013A)

For 634, 734 Fryers. 12 to 36 screens are needed per fryer, depending on usage.
