Left Hinge Proofers

Depending on the work flow of your kitchen, you will need to choose if you want the proof box to hinge from the Left or the Right side. The hinge is usually on the opposite side of the rolling table or sheeter. This allows the operator easy access to opening and closing the doors without requiring the need to walk around the opened door.
