Proofing and Frying Screens are standard screens without handles. They are mostly used for yeast-raised donuts in situations where screens with handles will not fit easily into a proofer. To raise and lower these screens, use Detachable Screen Handles (616-0007C)

For 618L, 718LCG and 718LFG Fryers. 12 to 36 screens needed per fryer, depending on usage.
