Equipped with tempered, Low-E coated glass and a self-contained refrigeration system, it keeps your products perfectly chilled while offering excellent visibility. Crafted from durable stainless steel, this case is easy to clean and built to last. Adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelves provide flexible storage, and two sliding doors allow convenient restocking from behind the counter. Plastic handles on the chef’s side ensure quick and effortless access to your sushi.
This case features a 1/6 hp compressor using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, which has zero ozone depletion potential and a low global warming potential of 3, making it a sustainable choice for your business. The cabinet maintains temperatures between 35-41°F to keep your product fresh, while its gently sloped bottom and 1" drain hole ensure efficient drainage. Stainless steel food plates provide a safe, hygienic surface that’s easy to clean and maintain.
