Because of its slim design, this case will fit on the top of most display cases allowing you to display your finished items while maintaining refrigeration to meet health code requirements.It features tempered, Low-E coated glass doors and a self-contained refrigeration system that ensures excellent temperature control while displaying your products clearly. Three adjustable, heavy-duty polyethylene-coated wire shelves provide flexible storage to suit your needs.
Two plastic handles on the chef’s side provide easy door access for quick product retrieval. Inside, durable stainless steel solid food plates offer a safe and low-maintenance surface for food storage. The interior features a gently sloped bottom with a 1" diameter drain hole, simplifying the cleaning process.

This sushi case is powered by a 1/6 hp compressor using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, which has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and a low global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it a sustainable choice for your business.
