This prep table includes (18) 1/6 size, 4" deep food pans housed under two stainless steel lift-up hoods, allowing you to keep a wide variety of ingredients chilled and easily accessible. A 9-1/2" wide polyethylene cutting board with side rail runs the full length of the unit, providing ample space for sandwich and salad assembly. Below, the cabinet includes (3) adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelves for storing backups, bulk product, or prep tools.
