Versatile Prep Table with Expanded Pan Capacity
This model comes equipped with ten 1/6-size, 4" deep food pans in the top section, giving you flexible ingredient access right where you need it. A full-length 9-1/2" deep polyethylene cutting board provides ample space for slicing, assembling, and plating, while two adjustable, polyethylene-coated wire shelves inside the refrigerated cabinet offer additional storage for backups and bulk items.
