This two-section unit includes (16) 1/6-size, 4" deep pans for top access to fresh ingredients, along with a full-length 9-1/2" deep polyethylene cutting board that offers ample workspace for sandwich and salad assembly. Two adjustable, polyethylene-coated wire shelves provide additional cold storage below the prep area for backstock or bulk ingredients.
