Plus, the refrigerated base, powered by a self-contained condenser and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, allows for the storage of additional food at temperatures ranging from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Turbo Air PST-28-12-N-SL sandwich and salad prep table boasts a lockable single door lined with corrosion-resistant aluminum. Inside, a storage shelf is revealed upon opening the door which is also equipped with bright LED lights for easy product location. To prevent cold air from escaping, the interior fan shuts off when the door is opened. The unit is constructed with durable stainless steel, ensuring rust resistance and longevity.
