The Turbo Air PST-28-D2-N sandwich prep table is constructed with stainless steel and insulated with polyurethane, resulting in reduced energy costs. This design also ensures the table is resistant to denting, bending, and warping. Two solid drawers provide ample storage space, while the top can accommodate eight food pans for convenient ingredient access. Additionally, the table features a side rail and 91⁄2-inch cutting board for preparing food before serving.
