The top rail holds up to (12) 1/6 size, 4"-deep food pans, providing plenty of space for fresh ingredients like lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and proteins. A full set of pans is included for added convenience. The insulated stainless steel lid slides back smoothly, granting quick access to your ingredients while keeping them cold and covered when not in use. An integrated 9 1/2" deep, 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy prep surface for slicing, spreading, and assembling meals.
