Turbo Air TST-36SD-N Description

The Turbo Air TST-36SD-N prep table features a self-contained refrigeration system with a coated evaporator for enhanced durability. Its digital controller displays temperatures ranging from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring precise temperature regulation. The self-cleaning condenser system automatically removes dust and dirt buildup to prevent system failure and maintain peak efficiency. A forced-air system circulates cold air around stored product in the top compartment, keeping ingredients within the food-safe zone.

There are 10 pans in the top compartment, and two stainless steel shelves provide additional storage inside the cabinet. Access to the interior is provided through two swing doors, with LED lighting for improved visibility. A full-length polyethylene cutting board serves as a convenient prep space for slicing, dicing, and assembling meals. The stainless and galvanized steel exterior withstands heavy use, while the stainless steel interior allows for easy cleaning. Cold air retention is enhanced with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
