A 9-1/2" deep polyethylene cutting board with integrated side rail offers a stable, sanitary prep area ideal for fast-paced food assembly.
Drawer Configuration and Interior Storage
Four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers with ABS liners allow quick access to backup ingredients while keeping items securely stored and properly chilled. The drawers support various pan configurations (pans not included), and the cabinet interior is constructed from stainless steel for maximum durability and hygiene.
