An extra work area next to the pan rail allows additional prep space or staging. The unit also includes a 9-1/2" deep, 1/2" thick high-density polyethylene cutting board to support efficient and sanitary food assembly.

An external electronic display allows for easy monitoring and adjustments.

To reduce system failure and lower operating costs, Turbo Air’s self-cleaning condenser uses a rotating brush to clear dust and debris from the coils multiple times per day. This prevents compressor overload and extends the lifespan of your refrigeration system.

Convenience & Mobility
