The cabinet is kept at a food-safe holding temperature between 33°F and 38°F, thanks to a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Turbo Air’s self-cleaning condenser system automatically removes dust buildup from the condenser coil to prevent performance issues and reduce maintenance.
